He's got one year left, so, a contract year rental. He'll be within range of his mid-30's. I wouldn't trade a Brooklyn 1st for him. What is the maximum you'd trade to get him?

I agree, right now, but if the Hawks ever lose those this series, he may be.

 Management was ready to blow it all up at the trade deadline. Even if they win this series, depending on what happens the next series, everybody might be available.

I think it's pretty likely that the Hawks decide to blow it up int he offseason if Horford says he's out. Milsap is 31 and wouldn't fit any sort of rebuilding timeline, and he'd be perfect in Brad Stevens' system. (Well, he'd be perfect in most modern NBA systems.)

Would love to get this guy. Maybe we should just take both him and Horford and be the new, better Hawks.
