Well, step one of Operation Durant Leaving OKC couldn't have started off much better. A 33 point lead at halftime - can't ask for much more than that.

If the Spurs win dominantly in four or five games, then I really, really can't see Durant staying there, especially since San Antonio is probably only the second best team in the West and he has better suitors in the East.

I agree.

Watching OKC all season and even during the Mavericks series, I'm not sure how to properly allocate the blame for their terrible looking offense. They don't have enough ball-handlers or guys who can shoot the three, but it's really not an excuse. Not even as a Celtics fan, I'm interested in seeing Durant on a team that would properly leverage his shooting.

Naw, I don't think he "really" has a choice to go to either GS or SA (more GS than SA, though). It'll hurt his legacy too much as a top-three player in the league to go to an established team like that. Fair or not, there does seem to be a different perception in being part of the creation of a super team and merely joining one.

Yikes, this series may not  be close at all ....

Steph better be healthy for the San Antonio series. That is going to be one for the ages. This is by far the best Spurs basketball I've ever watched, and they've been really good for a long time. Granted, OKC isn't really a defensive powerhouse right now either.

105-66 after 3? I am not sure I have ever seen such a thing. Wait, I just reminded myself of this...

Anyway, keep it up SAS. Not that it's likely we land Durant, but getting thrashed in the 2nd round can't hurt.

Hope this is enough to convince Kevin Durant to leave OKC.

If it happens three more times in a row, it will. Then again I don't expect the Spurs to be that blazing hot and the Thunder to be that ice cold again in this series.

Tough year for Charlotte fans.

I hope they make some moves in free agency.

Add a piece or two to that team and get MKG back and maybe they could finally get past the first round.

Miami Heat are no strangers of being down 3-2, coming back to win one on the road before taking a series in 7 games.

Really have to credit Spo and Riley for what they have done since Lebron left and Bosh got sick.
