Poll: Who would make the Celtics better Noel or Okafor

An interesting question in light of how many feel about Okafor.

 Noel would be the anchor the team needs he's just a fantastic ahtlete and can leap off the ground lime the matrix as well as guard the pick and roll.

 Okafor can't guard the pick and pop, but he's got the potential to be the leading scorer in the NBA for big men.

 So for this team what do you think. Who truly would make us a better team. Noel or Okafor.

Voted Noel because he seems a better everyday player. Okafor seems more of a match up type guy. But both would take Nets pick and rather spend that on Cousins.

Okafor. I like Noel as a defender and all, but he has no offensive game. We already have someone like that in Smart lol, would rather have another offensive weapon that we can go to when we need a bucket.

 I think people are actually underestimating Coach Stevens here on what he could do with the offense with that big lug over here.

 Watch there highlights vs Portland if you want to see his skillset. I think it's ridiculous. Between the legs dribbling like he's Harden or something actually nails a three at two minutes. His skills for a guy that big is almost unheard of.
 Negatives on offense for me, is just that he's not as tall as once thought, but I'll take him anyway.

Amir is a very good defensive player. He is not Nerlens Noel.

 tp to any one that's claims they watched the Portland highlights 2 posts ago. Tp regardless, but tell me the skill set is not impressive.

 Two floaters he nails, at the end backs the guy down from the three point line with between the legs and crossovers, and he nails a fadeaway from 14 feet after a spin move, and nails a three.

Noel in short, but Okafor in long period.

Noel has superstar defense, but is fragile and injury prone... think there is big possibility he has one or two more (again) serious injury...(hope not).

Okafor is joy to watch on the offensive end and he's still only 20 yrs old. He's not a high-flyer, so his game suits very well with 35 yrs old player, so he will most def aige well in the NBA... His defense needs some work.

Overall, I'm picking Okafor.

tough call.  they're basically polar opposites of each other. 

I'd lean towards Noel because he seems to have his head on straight and gives the effort every night whereas I'm not completely sure it would take just a change of scenery to get Okafor motivated to improve.
