I think he's a fantastic talent. He's a solid rim protector also. Not fantastic but solid. Maybe Mickey is the guy to pair him with maybe Kelly. He would draw double teams and he's a go to scorer when you need a hoop.

Dude is just an awesome basketball player.I'd take him over Noel. Noel would be fantastic here, but at some point we need a stud that can score, and that's Oka-Score.

If he gets a little more range dude is Tim Duncan on offense, and you take that guy in any era. Defensively he's more like Vinny Baker, but hey we need big guys.

He's gotta great BBIQ for the game, passes well, smart player. I'd be thrilled to land him.

Why is Avery Bradley part of this.  I think the trade is Okafor for the Pick, that is equal value.  Add it Jerebko or some other lesser value to match up the salaries.

I do the pick for Okafor but I don't include Bradley.

Embiid is suppose to play next year. Gotta think if the sixers land Simmons or Ingram, they probably gotta move Okafor. Embiid, Noel, Simmons, Saric and Okafor all sharing minutes will just be a mess.

Might come down to whether Ainge likes Dunn or Brown more than Okafor.

That is if the pick is 4 or 5.

Okafor for the pick straight up is not fair for Phiily especially if it's Four or lower. No motivation to move a franchise big for that.
They may be interested in Rozier Mickey Young package but Im sure they would rather have Avery and be better Quickly.

Ok. could you clarify that in OP. I thought this was a hypothetical before the deadline trade.

So it is:
The BKN pick between 3-5 plus Avery B
4
Okafor

I'd do that. Although I would love to try and get a 2017 pick that they own back as well....greedy i no. But maybe they love Dunn/Jaylen/ someone else.

If the Nets pick is outside the top 2, it's a no-brainer "yes" for me.

Outside of the top 3? Then yes. I'm starting to like Jaylen Brown more and more in recent days.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I still think that the Lakers are Bat Poop crazy to pass on Okafor for Dangelo. Such a wierd choice.

I don't include AB.  I don't care if it's fair for Philly.  they got themselves into that mess, I'm not giving them a helping hand to get out of it.

Brooklyn pick outside top 3 and one of Rozier/Hunter/their second rounders for the next 2 years that we own

if we had the #1 pick, I'd take Simmons. If we had the #2 pick, I'd consider trading it for Okafor depending how Ainge felt about Ingram. If we had #3 onwards, I'd definitely trade it for Okafor.

Bradley, I love his game but he's not the sticking point in this trade. I'd give him up if it meant we could essentially "draft" Okafor for the 5th pick.
