After trade deadline is there another gear?

Was wondering about this. Often after trade deadline teams can really take off. They know who is staying and focus on what has worked to really improve. Does this team have that in them? If they make no moves can they still get even better or is this it?

Depends on how much better Smart and Olynyk can get this year.

Those are the guys that have the most room for growth.

This I agree with.  Also though, I think Crowder is big as far as him being a consistent scorer and how his ankle injury is going.  Zeller is interesting as far as looking more like himself from last year.  I just hope he doesn't eat Olynyk's minutes.  Not that Zeller isn't playing well himself.

I think though this team is already hitting its stride so I just expect more of this.  To me it feels like guys found their roles like they did later last year.  I think Stevens has paired down the rotation finally (took him too long at times, but probably my one complaint with him as a coach right now).
