If we can get Horford or Howard , Danny needs to make the move.

Houston and Atl both know they will be free agents .

Who cares about sully , dallas and bos 2016 , we can't use all these picks ,and I don't want to commit long term to sully .

I would even add the 2018 nets pick to get it done for Howard, probably not Horford .

They aren't going to get much better offers than what we can  ......

Here's your chance Danny!

The NETS are going to be horrible for a while id keep that pick. Especially since Howard isn't what he used to be and both are free agents.

Woj reports that Howard is seeking a max deal.  No way I'd give that to him.  Thus, I wouldn't make the deal if it included any Brooklyn or non-Brooklyn picks.

I dunno about that. I would definitely deal the Boston 2016 and 2018 1st rounders (with protections obviously) for Howard. Both picks are likely to be in the early 20s to mid 20s. We'd still have the BKN picks, DAL pick this year, and MEM pick in 2018. Something has to give eventually, and a slight overpay will likely happen one day with all of the picks we have.

Wow you guys are insane in the membrane.

Huge pass on Howard unless it's for Amir and a late first rounder.

Zig while everyone else zags.  League goin small-ball?  Grab twin towers.

Trade 1:  David Lee, Jerebko, Zeller and Boston 2016 1st for Howard
Trade 2:  Amir, Sully, Dallas 2016 1st for Horford

Lee, Jerebko, Sully, Zeller and Amir all will likely be renounced at the end of year anyways if we intend on signing two max guys.  If both Horford and Howard bail on us, all we're really losing here is the two 1sts that we don't have space for anyways.

Do you resign both?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

It's a lot to ask of Kelly and Mickey(?), but it certainly would be a big splash. We would have a very very competitive team and I suppose Crowder could fill in at PF with Howard or Horford in small ball line-ups. TP, I like it.

I'm averse on giving future value for rentals, but that's really not all that much value. But more importantly, those two should give this year's team that much of a legitimate shot at a title that I'd take the risk.

Do you resign both?

Let's also trade Bradley, Turner and Young for Gallo and go all-in on a title.

PG - Thomas
SG - Crowder
SF - Gallo
PF - Horford
C - Howard
-----
6th man - Smart
7th man - Olynyk
8th man - Mickey
9th man - Rozier
10th man - Hunter
11th man - [Post Buyout talent]
12th man - [Post buyout talent]

We then win a title and next year every team tries to replicate our "1 Munchkin and 4 Giants" lineup.

Lol... that makes no sense.  But it's kind of funny we could give up 9 guys for 3 guys and still field an interesting team.
