Tough break for Tyreke here. Story says that he was rehabbing and hoping to return after the all star break, but that doesn't look like it's going to happen

Not good news. Does that bring NO back down into the mix with the Nets?

Nope. New Orleans won't miss Tyreke. Business as usual for NOP.

Jrue Holiday and Eric Gordon will be able to do more without Tyreke hogging the ball. New Orleans will share the ball better and play more like a team without Tyreke there.

He's a mediocre player, at best, so hopefully this means I don't have to see trade ideas about him for a few months.

this.
I think Jrue will be a big improvement for them in the starting line-up.  also, NO is too far ahead of Brooklyn in the Win column to worry about Brooklyn catching them

This will be a team to watch at the trade deadline. Their draft lottery status will have alot to do with what they do with Anderson and the health of Gordon. A healthy Holiday, Gordon Anderson and Davis is a good enough group to keep out of the bottom 5.

Does New Orleans own their own 2016 1st rounder? If so, I think they should just punt on the season.

Move Ryan Anderson before the deadline. Eric Gordon as well, if there are takers. Recoup some assets, hope for kind bounces from the ping-pong balls.
