Just watched some of the Wisconsin game. Best player on the team, Junior year. 6'8" with 7'.35" wingspan. Don't know if he is quick enough to play the SF position, but what do you guys think? Maybe with a later pick?

I've always been a fan of him.  If he slides to the second round, I'd take him with the Philly pick in a heartbeat.

Love Hayes as a late first round pick. I think he could provide what Jonas does, except better in all facets.

I have been a big Hayes fan since last season the way this draft is looking I think he could/should go late lottery to early teens. If the Cs could draft a higher ceiling player player ( bender,Ellenson, poeltl)in the early lottery and trade up from the Cs and Mavs picks for Hayes I would be very happy.
He physically has everything a team would want out of a 4/3 and has the ideal skill set for a small ball 4. It's also nice that he would give the Cs an additional defender vs Lebron and Melo

Definitely could be a solid pick. Was probably overlooked with Kaminsky and Dekker in past seasons getting the attention. Excited for this draft. Could be a lot of sleepers! 😴

Love him! Underrated player that has an NBA body combined with an NBA skill set that has improved each season.

He's exactly what we need as far as a swing forward.
 However .306% from three
.396%fg does not make me happy.

Another super long armed player that can't shoot.

His FG% was good the last two years, maybe he's just forcing more shots this year.

I guess we'd be looking at him in a Stanley Johnson, or Justise Winslow-type role?
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!

Song is called "Know What I'm Doin" by Birdman (also Lil Wayne, T Pain, Ross)

Nigel looks like a very interesting player, sort of like a draymond lite.

Nigel Hayes is on my list of players the Celtics might draft with the first pick of the second round.

Not at all. A better comparable would be Aminu from the Blazers. Who is someone we were rumored to have interest in.

Are you serious??

Aminu is a quicker and has a different body.  A bit more like a sf than a pf

Hayes and bass almost have identical type bodies. But not true pfs with some sf skills
