Clearly, the pieces to the Bucks’ puzzle aren’t fitting. Several league officials said they would be surprised if the Bucks didn't make a major trade.

“From what I’m hearing is they (the Bucks) are willing to trade anybody not named Parker, Antetokounmpo or Middleton,’’ an NBA executive said. “I even heard they'd listen (to offers) for Parker and Middleton, but it would have to be some crazy offer.

"They want to do something; they know they have to do something. That group they have isn’t working.’’

I don't have much interest in MCW, but I still think Greg Monroe would be a good fit.

Surprised the shakeup has happened in one year.

They should give it another year, before making such a tough decision.

I always felt like Monroe didn't fit in their team anyways. A low post center that cannot block shots, nor have the ridiculous wingspan that his fellow teammates share.

I would love to trade for Jabari but it would take a lot

Replace Jabari Parker (still learning defense) with Jae Crowder or Amir Johnson, and I think Greg Monroe is less of a liability on defense.

I wouldn't trade Jabari to suit Monroe, I would rather play to Jabari's strengths

Your missing the point of that quote.  Lowe is saying that Monroe would be less of a defensive liability on Boston, not that the Bucks should trade Janari Parker.  In other words, Monroe should be traded to the Celtics.

Interesting since it seems that the pieces that aren't actually fitting begins with the Parker-Antetokounmpo.

It's a post-shakeup shakeup.  They need to shake things up after their Knight-for-MCW shakeup shook things the wrong way.

Honestly they should see if they can get a godfather offer for Parker.  Wing players (I know he plays a lot of 4 but he's a wing) who can't shoot from deep or play defense aren't very useful in today's league, or especially alongside Monroe.  Maybe they see enough in practice to hope he'll improve those areas soon though.

I'm not giving them anything for Monroe, which is the redo that they really want here. He's a good player, but paying his salary would be quite enough, thank you very much.

A crazy offer, eh? Ok I'll offer Smart and the Nets '16 pick for Jabari Parker and MCW.

I'm curious what they would want from Monroe and if he would hurt us defensively.

If Sullinger can fit defensively in this system I think Monroe could be coached up to do so as well.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Agree, unfortunately it seems like the market for Monroe hasn't been high as they expected, and hes on an favorable contract when comparing what others players inferior to him will be getting the max or more.

Yeah. The real problem for them, aside from the fact that they inexplicable moved on from Knight and Pachulia last year, is just that Giannis and Parker aren't good yet (and that MCW isn't good).

How about Marcus Smart and the Nets 2018 pick for Parker.

I would start with maybe?

Lee (salary dump)
Rozier (they need a PG unlike MCW and Ennis hasn't shown much)
Sullinger (time for us to move on if we acquire a big man)
+ pick(s), non-Brooklyn

Milwaukee can shake up their lineup and try something more like:

MCW / Middleton / Giannis / Sullinger / Henson
+
Rozier / Parker / Plumlee

And we look like:

Thomas / Bradley / Crowder / Johnson / Monroe
+
Smart / Olynyk / Turner / Jerebko (Young, Hunter, Mickey)
