No brainer.  Hawks want double that though, and I would too.

I don't think Sully has any trade tbh. He's an expiring contract who has weight/injury problems. That's not the type of player you take a chance on for half a season to decide if you want to resign him.

Wouldn't Atlanta ask for Olynyk and a Brooklyn pick ?

I think most teams in the league would happily take Sullinger for free.  Maybe a second round pick.

Beyond that?  I think most teams would be happy to pass.

I would do it, but I agree with some other comments, ATL probably wants a bit more...I'd also throw in Turner maybe? (not too crazy?) so RJ Hunter can get some minutes at the SF position, which allows Smart to bring up the ball more with the absence of Turner and of course when he subs in for IT

Trying to determine what to offer for Horford is so hard since it appears that no one can figure out what his future intentions are. http://www.sportingnews.com/nba-news/4693412-hawks-al-horford-free-agency-other-cities-better-opportunities-nba

Sullinger is more valuable to other teams eyes imo.

Still rfa and will cost less than horford to sign

Hawks won't be able to get alot better back imo.

What happens if you bring in a third team to facilitate? What is it that Atlanta wants in return exactly?

I love Sully but I love Horford more.  I'd do it in a heartbeat but try like hell to get Horford to commit to resigning as part of the trade talks with his agent

This trade not pending a Horford resign. Just to give this team a chance to make ecf

Seems like mostly everything we give up is too much. Even with him, we can not beat gsw in the finals. After that he is almost a lock to leave in FA. DA isn't going to pay a 30 year old a max with an injury history similar to that of Brook lopez

Why?

Why is making the ECF of any importance if it isn't accomplished with players that will  stay around.

It'd be foolish to give future assets just to go further in the playoffs.

I'd probably keep Sully if it's straight up.
