Horford would be great on this team. He'd instantly be our best big on both ends of the floor. But if they're a package deal, I wouldn't mind shipping out IT4.

I'd rather get Horford and Bazemore than Horford and Teague.

Question....

If a trade happens, can you hold a player to flip with in a set amount of time?

Like we get Harford and Teague, and then a day later flip Teague for palyer X? For what ever reason I remember something like this happening, but wasn't sure if there was a rule change, or only during summer trades.

It would be cool to snag both, but use Teague in a second trade, I just don't see his being used hear unless we flip IT for some one else, and I'd rather keep as many pieces possible for the transition of the new players. With the playoff race being so tight, to many newbies could bring a few extra loses until they get caught up to speed and use to the new teammates.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I'd rather get Horford and Bazemore than Horford and Teague.

Same but I think Bazemore is long term for them.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
