Tell me why Utah would given up their rising young star for a bucket of bolts. Even top5 protected picks are not valuable enough.

Hayward for how much he gets paid and how much dependency there has been on him, he hasn't been able to lead/carry the Jazz to where they want to beJazz can start new and trade Hayward , Favors Sign Gobert, Burke to decent deals next. On the other hand Hayward is the type of guy the doctor ordered for the Celts. A #2 type guy that can have big games (when for example when IT is having an off game). Hayward is also a good scorer with less than 5 min left in the game

jazz can increase their chances at simmons too this way
If I were to deal with the Jazz, my main target would be Derrick Favors. I'm not sure him and Gobert can play together and they seem to love Trey Lyles. I love the idea of Favors starting at C for us.
Even at the end of the game, we lined up in different formation that he hadn't seen and he called out our play before I got the ball. I heard him calling it out. -John Wall on Brad Stevens
