That would be much more equitable. But again, I don't think it benefits either team for the reasons I detailed prior to your post.
He wouldn't be taking crowders' minutes and visa versa. They can play at the same time as pointed out in another post. Hayward would play the 2 while crowder plays the 3.
....or, Hayward could play the 3 and Crowder the small-ball 4. Now that could be interesting:

As much as I'd like that, as others have said, Utah will want an overpay (BKN + one of IT, Smart, or Crowder), and I don't think Ainge does that.
