Having watched all of the Kings/Hornets game until about 1:30am, I was VERY impressed with Troy Daniels last night.  He was on fire.  He will be a free agent and he is a dead-eye shooter!!  I would watch what the Hornets do in free agency regarding how much they have to pay to keep Lin and Batum.  They might be strapped and not be able to offer Troy a decent contract.

I think he could be had for around 3-4 million starting and he is only 24 years of age.

Thoughts?

I want him. I've always wanted him since I saw him break Portland's hearts.

He's defensively flawed, but shooting wise, he's lights out and he isn't afraid. And he has shown he's clutch.

Bring him here. We needed shooters, he's one.

Troy Daniels. Troy Daniels. Oh where have you been? ;)

Love him too.

Great shooter, and definitely a confident one.

That being said, I don't think Ainge would offer him a contract.

Why would Danny NOT offer him a reasonable contract?

VCU !!!!

I've loved the kid since college. He was awesome under Shaka Smart. Always good to see him getting recognized, especially since Larry Sanders walked away from the game. TP OP

The knock on him actually used to be that he could hit everything except for the corner jumper. I'm not sure if that's changed. He was lights-out in college, and he always tries his best on D, even if he's physically limited.

Would you guys rather sign Daniels in the offseason or try to trade for Morrow now?
