I love Smart getting to handle the ball more with IT off ball.  Yes, IT can get his own shot and we need that but he has always shot better off ball and he can pick his spots and conserve energy that way.

Yep, which is why I like Smart with him over Bradley. Yet, I also like him better over Turner, because Smart isn't one to overdribble or turn the ball over.

Not sure why Sully didn't get free-throws on that foul.

Somehow, Marcus lost whatever ability to shoot he already had and traded it for court vision. Total flip-flop this year.

Smart is seeing the floor really well as a PG right now.  He does a great job passing to bigs and forwards with high lob passes to the other side of the court.  Those are passes not a lot of guys have down.  He seems to be feeling the offense really well.

Having trouble grabbing clean rebounds with Gasol/Randolph there. Lot's of tipping the balls towards teammates from our team.

think smaht playing his best ball as pg. when someone else is handling he just stands around looking and his shot isn't falling yet. let him make things happen with the ball cbs.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Okay, I know that scoring is a major component of being a good basketball player. But what can you honestly be disappointed in with Smart outside of that?

Yes, his shooting, shot selection, and penetration (though I think that's overblown and he's shown that he can do it regularly) have been pretty poor this year, but he's looked extremely good in pretty much every other factor of the game. His overall individual and team defense is stellar like usual. His ball-handling has definitely got better this year, and his passing ability and court vision has been MUCH better this year. All-in-all, given the context of the team and his injuries, it's crazy how much crap people give him.
