If the 76ers keep up with their recent play and keep winning more, and don't Finish w/ the worst record... would anyone else NOT be surprised if the NBA gave them the first overall pick?

Lotto isn't fixed.   76ers are more than likely finishing at the bottom.

Lakers are slightly interesting though.  They have won 3 in a row.  If they crawl out of the 2nd worst record they are in real danger of losing their pick to the 76ers.

Interesting on the Lakers ....they MAY have been better off lost to the Celtics.  ...LOL,
