I think we are inching close to the idea of a Jabari Parker trade not being completely absurd.  Middleton is tearing up.  Giannis is a dandy of a prospect.   Jabari shows signs but they are playing him at power forward and he hasn't exactly lit it up.

I was ready to post a thread this morning asking if you'd move the Brooklyn pick right now for Parker, but I see that Bill Simmons apparently beat me to it by posting on Twitter that he'd move sully, jerbko, young and a top 3 protected Brooklyn pick.

If there's a buy low window for Parker, I suspect this is it.  What's your best offer ?

Not Smart. Not Brooklyn pick.

Two firsts. Or Bradley + 1st. Or Olynyk + 1st. Something like that.

They aren't making the trade unless they know they own the pick. So I probably would just wait til summer and see if we get one of the top two picks. Even if we land the second pick, Ingram seems like a huge question mark as far as how much game he really have.

So if that pick lands outside top two, I definitely make that trade. If the second pick I would still consider.

Really intrigued by the idea of protecting the Brooklyn pick. Odds are we still lose it but if the planets align, we could end up with a real stud to pair next to Jabari, and Crowder.

Jabari seemed really intrigued by the prospect of joining the Celtics during the draft period so I don't think he'd sulk if we acquired him either.

Rozier, Hunter, and Mickey plus two mediocre firsts.

If you don't want that then keep him.

Chances are 70% that the the Brooklyn pick is better than Parker, so that's just not on the table for me.

IT and the highest non #1 overall pick available in 2016. IT is exactly what they need plus they get the ppssible Nets pick if it falls outside 1 overall.

IT or Bradley and a top 5 protected pick sounds fair. We could also throw in some filler like Young or whatever. I think Parker can be pretty special down the road.

Sullinger, Rozier, DAL pick.

I was high on Jabari before the draft and his rookie year, but he's looked really underwhelming. Hopefully he keeps recovering from that injury and gets better. Way too skilled on the offensive end.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Smart and our own pick this year.

The Brooklyn pick this year is at this point worth more than either of them. (Parker/Smart)
