This works in realgm.com and saves us a few dollars.  We need a SF and BB is cheap for the next several years.  I know he is listed as a SG, but he is 6' 8".

We are not even playing Z.

Also, this really does not help the Nets much enough to damage our pick.

That would be a good trade for us, but I doubt that Brooklyn would accept this trade offer.

Not seeing much impetus for Brooklyn to do this deal. They take on more money this year for a guy they don't need. Sure, they clear up additional cap space in the future, but it's a marginal amount compared to the cap space that'll be freed up when Joe Johnson's contract expires this year.

This is more along the lines of what I think the Nets will do with BojBog.

Jack's deal for next season is nonguaranteed -- essentially an expiring.

Pistons get a young SG locked in on a rookie deal for a guy who will likely not come back to play off the bench for them.

Brooklyn gets to kick the tires on Jennings before he becomes a free agent next year.

Thought about this too. Zeller's not enough on his own. But I could see the Cs adding one more (light) asset to sweeten the deal.

Zeller would start putting up 20/10 games, and lead them to the playoffs.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

No thanks. I can't stand Bogdanovic. I just don't think he's very good at basketball.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

The disrespect that Brook Lopez gets, man.

Is Bojan good? I think this deal would help the Nets too much.

the 180 degree divergent opinions here are funny...I've never been impressed with Bogdanovic and would not trade him straight up for Zeller. Not only do we not have a need for Bogdanovic, we are writing off Zeller without seeing how the big rotation shakes out post trade deadline....I think Danny has bigger plans, for which Zeller's presence (or as a trade option), makes this proposal puzzling and a side-ways move at best....
