While an improvement I also think there is a touch of rearranging the deck chairs in this suggestion. We would be stronger but not strong enough to get beyond the second round PO. I am starting to think DA is going to have to produce something very special to get the players that would make us competitive with a team like the Cavs. An improve like this might be the next step if the new salary cap allows so there is room for more improvement.
