Not a lot said about Bacon here. He's a cocky kid, but I think we may need some of that especially on offense, you see him staring down people and talking lots of trash.
He's 6'6" Long, Strong, can play two positions, can really score over 20ppg so far, and is even shooting great percentages so far. I'll post some highlights.

Dwayne Bacon is second among freshmen in scoring after five games, averaging 20.6 points on 57.8 percent shooting.

He already looked the part of an NBA 2-guard coming in with 6'6" size, smooth athleticism and a perimeter game. The big numbers early on should only confirm the visible talent as worth tracking.

Bacon's scoring attack has looked sharp, from his driving and finishing (12-of-15 at the rim) to his mid-range (11-of-21 on two-point jumpers) and three-point shooting (8-of-17), according to Hoop-Math.com.

Florida State hasn't played anyone of substance, and chances are, Bacon will eventually cool off from outside. But he's clearly a prospect to follow, particularly once conference play arrives.

I had never heard of him.  TP for pointing him out.

He certainly looks like the prototypical SG.  Oddly, he's only two weeks younger than James Young.  Any idea why he's a 20 year old freshman?

he has a low release point like Stanley Johnson. Explosive kid, from a bad area in Florida.

Bradley, RJ Hunter, and Young can all be solid contributors.

I have no doubt in my mind Hunter will be a very nice role or 3 and D type of guy. Young? I'm still hoping he can become a competent 3 and D guard too, just like Hunter.

Half of my post got cut off.

I don't see the point of going after someone like Bacon, when its clear that 3 pt shooting has been our biggest issue. Hunter/Young were drafted for those reason alone, so we must give them the time and run to see whether or not that is possible.

I think the kid can play SF too another reason I like him. We shall see what he measures out at the combine, looks to be legit 6'6" range long and strong.

He has obvious skills that Hunter, Young, Bradley, smart don't like he's a nightmare from stopping from getting into the paint, and a tremendous athlete.

draftexpress has him ranked as their 25th best freshman. he is not listed there as a first round pick, so if ainge wants him, bacon looks right now to be available.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Yeah, I saw that Hwang. My guess would be if he keeps up this strong play he will shoot up the draft boards.
I think we can get him if we want, he seems like a bit of a punk that's my concern right now.

Seriously, we have to draft this guy. He opens up a whole world of puns for all of us.
