I love your dream except for three non shooters in that lineup that would hurt.

I hope we have someone good by then that can cover him.

The Lakers is the most likely destination for him......then Philly. ..

Nets are way too good to,fall to the Lakers level

I think the question is ......with the third or fourth pick wh do want

Ben Simmons

Jared Sullinger

But we have to address rim protection in the draft or free agency. Id rather have Skal Labissiere from kentucky. I think hell eventually develop into a PF but I think hes a 3 right now with his athletic ability and I think his shot is underrated and/or underutilized. I think hes more.suited.to defend.the.Lebrons, KDs, and Andrew Wiggins than the Blake Griffins, Zach Randolphs, and Anthony Davis. Even though I think Simmons vs Davis sounds intriguing.

If we get Simmons, I think you play him at the 4 and you surround him with young guys who can shoot, and keep anybody who dominates the ball on the bench.  The idea would be to gradually upgrade the talent around him by finding guys who combine shooting with athleticism and defensive ability.  First things first, though, you space the floor around him and let him work in space.

Really, the talent we've got on the team right now doesn't fit that blueprint very well.  But if you get the superstar prospect, it doesn't matter who is already on the team.  They could sell off everybody currently on the roster and just re-tool to fit BS's skillset.

I think it's gonna be more like the 2014 draft ... who in the 5-10 range do you want?

It's very early right now, but early returns suggest maybe Ellenson or Poeltl.  Maybe Jamal Murray or Cheick Diallo.
