31.5 minutes 1 block per game??? Are his advanced Defensive stats impressive?

His blocks are down from 2 to 1. His steals are slightly down. Concerning cause that's his value he's shooting .422% from the floor.

They moved him to the 4. He's not a fantastic weak side blocker. He's better on the ball.

They really don't have a team .

It's such a cluster suck of disorganization at the player team level ...it is a wonder anybody can excell on this team

It's all screwed up ON PURPOSE

How can you truely evaluate players on this type of team

I hear ya with no team, But he's playing 31.5 minutes and 1 block. He's either not trying as hard, or just focusing more on points. I don't want him unless he's an elite defender cause the offense is suspect.

This could go in one of the other 3 current Philly/Noel threads, but to sum it up:

He's apparently playing with injured wrists that kept him out a couple games... Dunno if that's impacting his willingness to block shots or what, but whatever.

More importantly, Philly has tried playing him out of position at PF next to Okafor and it clearly hasn't worked.  Noel should be manning the middle.

I'm actually rooting for that situation to become disastrous so they are forced to trade one of them this season and Boston can try jumping on one, but my guess is they take as much time as possible to make sure they are keeping the one they want long-term.

Are you going to just blatantly ignore my earlier post in favor of some weird narrative of him not putting in the right effort?

Not exactly the case when you look at the data.

Per 36-

Playing with Okafor
Noel 1.2 BPG

Playing without Okafor
Noel 1.6 BPG

So his blocks are down regardless and don't seem to improve much even when he's playing the 5.
