 Simmons to Philly is just not happening folks. The real Basketball God's would not let  this young phenom go to Philly.  Neither would the actual power structure that calls the shots presently.
 He's not coming to Boston either I know that. The NBA is slightly rigged and they have better plans for Simmons than Philly. Believe that.

The Lakers and Philly are by far the two worst teams.  One of them will get Simmons.

The Lakers are so bad. Kobe went 1-14 last night and I think his shooting percentage went up. The dream is for the Lakers to have the 2nd or 3rd worst record but then get jumped in the lottery so they wind up #4.

But they're the Lakers, so they'll probably have the 3rd or 4th worst record and get #1 in the lottery because **** me.

Totally agree about the Lakers.  Cannot stand that once again they'll be in position for the top pick.  It's coming close to ruining this season for me.  Note though that they lost 2 very close games they could easily have won.   Maybe Kobe settles down and wills them to a few wins.  If they end up with a stud through the draft instead of us getting that stud, I'll be severely bummed. 

At least they seem to have missed badly on Okafur.

And btw, there is absolutely no way that the NBA lottery is fixed.

The sixers will have the best shot at the top pick, but even the worst team has only a 1/4 chance of getting the first pick. It is unlikely for any individual team to get the first pick, but Philly has the best chance.

Imagine The Sixers do land the top pick and they draft Simmons and he pulls a Danny Ferry or Steve Francis and point blank refuses to suit up for them and plays cat and mouse with them and holds out until they trade him.
