Of course, but I doubt that could happen. Depends some on the 4 players I guess, but unless one is Smart I doubt it.
If we make a trade for a Cousins level player, especially at mid season when those picks still are only so clear as to where they end up, it's going to have to include one of either the 2016 Nets pick, the 2017 swap AND the 2018 Nets pick (if we don't include the '16 pick, even then I doubt they'd go for it) or Marcus Smart and a bunch of other assets.
I just don't see a way we make a trade for an all-star and we still get to keep all the Brooklyn picks and Smart. We have other pretty good assets/prospects but none of them are singularly valuable enough to be a headliner in a deal like that, and no ones looking to take 3 quarters and a dime for a dollar. Cousins is on the Kings though, so you never know.
