I have to say this about last nights game. I was too tired to comment

There was some beef about KO´s defence against Monroe early in the game in the live thread. Kelly made sure that Moose wouldn´t score with his back to the basket going right. Moose went left and Kelly fouled.

You took it as Kells was playing poor D. Howerer I observed that every celtic after that forced Monroe to go left. Olynyk did excactly what Brad wanted him to do.

Kelly is god!

Btw, we live in about the same timezone.. Oh god I´m tired.

Monroe was having his way well before KO entered the game. You are right in what KO did and that foul also prevented the bucket and Monroe missed both of the fts, KO won that little battle.

He's no god, I'd settle for consistent scoring/good shooting. I would hope he keeps up with his defense too but I don't think you can go from poor defense to as good as KO has been so far this early season. I'll take good defense all season b/c it's better than what he has done in his career.

Believe me, I like Kelly as much as the next guy. I even defended him at times when he was under fire last season. More than that, if indeed that was CBS advice against Monroe I am more than happy to apologize to his Viking majesty.

Having said this, and based mostly on last season (have not watched enough of this season) there is some legitimate ground for concern on KO's D abilities- maybe I am dead wrong and he has made a great leap this year.

But tbh MFW ppl praise KO's D------->
