If the Nets keep being this bad, I'm going to start BKN game threads when the Celtics have nights off. Who's in?

too bad the sixers couldn't take one from the Cavs. FIVE steals for Nerlens in that game. They had a nice run at a comeback.

20 point win. Geno time. This game was fun. Wish we'd had Smart.

Gosh, I hope we don't get back to what we used to say when Rondo was here, when he would miss a game and we would win and when he comes back we lose, and then people would say how we were worse with him. Hope no one says that when Smart comes back.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I credit the shortened rotation and also having IT in the starting lineup. I think Stevens has to consider putting Smart at the three when he comes back so IT can stay in the starting lineup.

Everyone has to get over the starting thing. It's only really relevant in the sense that he has pride and may seek a move to a starting situation. Being on a winning team trumps that for 99.9% of pros though. Combinations and matchups are more important. Avery and Marcus should be the backcourt to go up against strong starting backcourts. Today was all about outside shooting from Sully, KO, and Evan Turner finding his spots and hitting.

We can point out many things that went right tonight that didn't the past 3 games but I think it's as simple as the bigs finally stepping up.
