DeRozan could opt out next year. If Toronto wants to extend him they aren't trading him, if they don't want to extend him and are willing to let him hit the market then he shouldn't cost anything near that package.

Honestly I want to know why you would ever think to offer this much for him.  First yes he's only 26, but he's not a super star by any means.  Also we'd only have him this year and next at a high salary.  Sometimes, all I can do is bash my head reading some of these trade ideas.
