I'm able to watch on my surface pro but I remember seeing a whole bunch of other devices it would work on.

Yes you have to create a NBA.com account.

For those of you using a Roku, there is an NBA gametime app for the Roku.  Thanks for the info CelticSooner.  Am I right to assume a Oklahoma grad?
