Advice on Celt Bench and Best Value Tickets

I want to take my nephew to a Celts game at the Garden and sit him behind the Celts bench.  What location/section would that be?  What row would you recommend?  He's hella short so if the players stand up I still want him to be able to see the game haha. Then again if we can get close he can hear the players.  More specific the better please.

Also, in your experiences what seats/sections do you think are the best value?  I dont need courtside seats but hanging in the rafters is a bit of a bummer although I always have a blast with the crowd.

I got loge 9 row 5 for the Celts Spurs coming up.  Im hoping they are decent because I'm taking a friend as a gift.  Peace.
