 Ainge is a stubborn, huge Ego, alpha dog, And rightfully so. However I believe the more he sees Coach Brad, Aka boy genius master his craft and the more he communicates with him the more he will listen to Brad and draft players that fit his style.

 If Danny can adjust slightly  it could be an all time great GM head coach partnership.

 Classic Ainge guys Rondo, Perkins, Smart, Bradley, Rozier, Hunter, Mickey, Kelly, and then Thomas, Zeller and Lee we're just smart moves.

 I think the only reason he took Sully is because it was such an easy choice best player available but not really what Danny's looking for play style. Mickey and even Kelly fit his mold better.

 But you see part of the total control is Hiring Brad, so inherently Ainge knew that Stevens genius would run off onto Ainges total control thus making Ainges rain so much more thunderous. You see now how diabolic Danny is.
