YESSSS THE LAKERS WON!  ;D

Now go on a winning streak Lakers.

Not likely.  3 out of the next 4 games are against the Spurs(2) and Cavs.  The other is @Indy.  I don't see a winnable game in their near future.

If Kobe having an awesome second half means the Lakers finish with more wins than the Nets and lose their 1st round pick, call me a Kobe fan.  Come on Kobe!

It's very curious how I read just YESTERDAY that Byron Scott would be fired after the year unless the Lakers were more competitive/showed player development the rest of the year, and then they won last night... haha. Either way, I'll take it! Big night tonight - Cs/Cavs and Nets Kings. We need the Kings to just take care of business but this one worries me because the Kings are so unreliable. If Kings can just win then I like the chances of Philly beating the Nets tomorrow night (praying for this!)

I don ' t have faith Rondo can beat the Nets in Brooklyn.   Lopez plays every game this year like its the playoffs .  It will be a squeaker one way or the other .

I know ...it's a shame ....just as they were starting to enjoy winning.

Their fan base is very mixed about tanking.   Their old school fans are used to winning ways and want to enjoy winning as many games as possible .  Losing is NOT good for Lakers giant TV contracts ,  TV ratings , fan appeal , etc .   The FO just can't tank as easy as some teams. To,much backlash .   Lakers history has very little tanking overall.  ....compared to Hornets , Minny , Cavs , that group of consistent lottery bound teams .

Lakers win.

It was beautiful.

Awesome and gross at the same time.

You want awesome and gross? Think of this: You could very well be rooting for the Lakers for the next two years, as well.

I can get beyond this moral dilemma pretty easily as long as a) the Lakers are terrible, and b) I don't have to actually watch them on nationally televised games.  That's like a mild form of torture.

Maybe this game will spur a disgraced Cousins to force a trade here

Sacramento allowing over 100 points in 3 quarters to the lowly Nets.

I'd re-evaluate my coaching staff this offseason if I'm Sacramento.  Karl just isn't a good coach, and they'll never be a legitimate playoff threat until defense becomes a priority.

Sacramento, you suck. One of the C's or Sacramento needs to win tonight for it not to be a horrible night. Just go ahead and trade us Cousins already.

I pretty much had this figured for the Nets

They may a mini 3 game winning streak coming on.

Just be prepared emotionally ...it's going to hurt.
