I just watched Tebow throw for a preseason TD on my TV.

God lets himself be known in mysterious ways sometimes.

You just reminded me of this video.

Fantastic work by Jimmy Fallon.

I kind of miss Tebowmania.  It was so entertaining.

Gave me the chills. I miss it, too... I thought it was fantastic on so many levels. The discrepancy between Qs 1-3 and Q4 made little sense, but it was so consistent you had to believe it'd happen again. And for those that didn't, and just outright refused it could potentially happen again for yet another week, it was just infuriating. The more angry people became, the more fun it was to witness. We were spoiled rotten by the magic of Teebs.

Exactly. It was awesome.  The reasons Elway started him was to prove he was not starter material so he that the crazy fans would shut up and so that they could lose games to draft Luck or RG3.  The first game, Tebow was about the worst QB I have ever seen for the first 3 1/2 quarters, but the defense kept them in the game, the opponent made a comically bad error, and then Tebow made a few miraculous plays to win the game.  It was like God helped him out.  Elway had a painful looking fake smile on his face, Tebow fans went nuts, and his detractors were frustrated.  It was hilarious.  Then the same thing happened the next week and again the week after and so on.  Such great entertainment.

No one's still pretending he's a real NFL player right?

I mean, he's not but... isn't it fun to see him still trying to stick? What if he does? Imagine a Tebowmania 2? I'd buy t-shirts with the intention of trying to get as many friends/strangers as possible to sport them.

We just have so much evidence yet to sift through before we can firmly decide whether he isn't/doesn't have a close relationship with Jebus.

Spot on. I'd love for that train to keep moving. 2nd only to the best of romcoms.

He's definitely not a starting QB, or even a quality backup.  As a 3rd-stringer and 2PT specialist, I think he's NFL caliber.

YAWN

You could put an L behind the B and it would be a good foot ball name for him.

Barkley traded to Cardinals so Tebow is the 3rd QB.  Now just a question of whether or not Philly keeps 3 QB's.  A lot of teams do not, though Bradford is not exactly a picture of health, so I think Philly probably keeps him.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Tebow could be a good TE or FB if he would suck up his pride of having to be THE quarterback and learn a new position that isn't far from what he does well and thats run with the ball. He has mediocre IQ when it comes to the position.

People keep saying he's a winner, won in highshcool, won in college. But when you're that athletic, you're above everyone in HS and most people in college. Now in the NFL opposing teams can play to his strengths and slow or shut him down.

I root for the kid, he seems like a good guy, but he needs to be more realistic if he want' to stay in the game.

No. I think Tebow will probably retire as the only third string player to get more coverage on ESPN than 75% of the league's starters.

True, however he's more interesting that 75% of the league's starters.  To be fair unlike some past 3rd stringers I don't think he'll have a reality show. He probably already turned that down

Idk, but Tebow and that Broncos team did beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in the playoffs one time
