TMac was incredible and his 13 points in 35 seconds is one of the great modern NBA moments. Maybe it's the greatest regular season moment of the last 20 years.

But he just didn't accomplish enough to be in consideration for the GOAT. He's a HoF'er for sure, but he's just not on the same tier as guys like Jordan, Bird, Magic, or Lebron. D'Angelo Russell saying he is makes me wonder what's wrong with Russell.
