Hahah. I can distinctly remember kissing the television like the guy in the video when i found out. That was an unreal time to be a celtics fan.

Man I'll never forget this day. I was on a cruise ship; and my father and I had gone way over our internet plan refreshing the blog as the rumors were pouring in. The second it was official I was ecstatic, for the first time in my life I felt like we had a real contending team.

I was in the living room at my parents house, watching Sports Center when I heard. My friend called me shouting, "Turn on Sports Center right now!" It was a pretty great day.

The thing I'll always remember about that '08 team was the 3rd quarters. They'd go into half time and whether they had a lead or were down, they would come out and just shut down their basket. It was incredible. Opposing teams just stopped being able to score baskets. Most amazing thing I've ever seen.
