I'm not sure how anyone can put GS anything below the 2nd best team out west. They didn't lose anything significant from their core (Lee hardly played for them in the playoffs), so I think by default you have to have them at or near the top.

1. GS (They won title, I always place the champs at #1 until they're dethroned, or major change like a rebuild)
