Maybe not this offseason but by the trade deadline.

Could look something like this

To Jazz: Sully or KO, Turner, AB, Young, future 1st (protected)
To Celtics: Hayward,  2 2nd round picks

CBS likes Hayward. Hayward has not been able to provide the kind of impact Jazz need.  This trend likely wont change

On the other hand , Hayward has a chance to be a difference maker for the Celts.

Not happening Jazz have a ton of guards and a few bigs. They are also trending up. They won't trade Hayward, Favors, or Gobert. They want to be buyers giving up some assets for an elite player not sellers.

Why would Utah trade Hayward?

I don't think Celts fans understand how big a star a white basketball player can be in Utah.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Besides projecting ones thoughts, I don't see why Utah would want to move Hayward one season removed from signing him to an extension that is relatively reasonable by new cap standards.

Itd take a godfather offer and even then Utah is certainly not looking to trade any part of their newfoud 3-5 nucleus.

Youd have to put Smart in any Hayward deal and even then, how much sense would that make for the Jazz?

Maybe send out the Brooklyn and Dallas picks to get a really good 1-3 then combine him with AB or Smart or Thomas or Turner depending how good that player is and throw in a PF? I mean Utah has the nucleus right now. Why would they move a big part of that nucleus? They only do it if we send them a package that they simply cant turn down.

To get hayward you have to overpay big time. No way around it.

The Jazz are on the rise and, barring any injuries, should make the playoffs this year as 7 or 8. Hayward is staying put.

must be me but I don't see Hayward as anything more than an ok player.  certainly wouldn't break the bank for him by giving up 3 solid players, a prospect and a first

This is unlikely, but it would make me very very happy.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Hayward is going nowhere but I actually heard Favors might be available for the right price. I think it was on a Russillo/Ford podcast covering the draft. They were talking about Trey Lyles being a stretch 4 and if he works out, Favors possibly not being necessary. Still, I don't think Utah is any rush to make any moves. They have a nice core, no cap pressure, and most importantly their key players are all signed long-term and want to be there.
