This is all fantasy stuff we are talking here. Adams is decent but not much of an upgrade if that over Zeller. Zeller outscores him and is a much better free throw shooter. I would only consider it if we could trade straight up Zeller for Adams.

Adams is a considerably better defender than Zeller, which is exactly why OKC would laugh at such an offer. They don't need Zeller's offense at all (they have Kanter for that) and his defense isn't on par with Adams'.

Like I said I would only consider a straight up. There is not that much of a difference to add a 1st round pick. That would be like trading Zeller and a future Winslow or Cauley-Stein for Adams? No thanks

Well, it's clearly impossible to have a meaningful discussion about draft picks if you're operating under the notion that every draft has 30 Willie Cauley-Steins or Justise Winslows in the first round.

Well how many potential lottery picks do we have in the 1st round next year?

Even still I don't think I would trade Zeller + Mickey (#33) for Adams and certainly not Rozier or Hunter.

And neither would OKC, so it's a moot point.
