Okc needs to shed salary and I saw they were shopping perry jones and Novak? Could we absorb them with our trade exception and send them a pick? Would fit a good need for us.

Do we really want Novak
I sort of understand perry jones

But we already have 15 players so we would need to send players back

Novak is 32. Jones would be more interesting if he was a better shooter.

Novak would fit a need and would mentor the other guys it does seem like we are trying to be as good as we can. Perry jones would give us a prospect and add depth.

That deal is 100% feasible, but I suppose it depends on if you think Jones is still a viable prospect who's in need of a new environment.

We have a bajillion bit players on this roster already.  No need whatsoever to add another two.

Maybe a third team like the sixers we could send some players out I know okc needs to send out more salary to so philly would be good for them.

Unless doing so along with Zeller and a first would get them to trade Adams.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

what need?

yet another SG in Novak or yet another prospect that hasn't blossomed in Jones?  I don't think either is a 'need' that we have to fill

I thought Novak was a sf? I don't think we have a knock down shooter at the 3? But perry jones has has very inconsistent playing time if we can get them for nothing they would add depth at the swing. While hopefully helping us thin out the rest of the rotation.

Not a nearly big enough upgrade to justify giving up a 1st rounder, let alone taking on the extra detritus.

You wouldn't give them a protected first to upgrade from Adams? I think Adams is exactly the type of young high upside guy who the C's need. He might not be a huge upgrade now but he's a big upgrade in terms of potential.

This is all fantasy stuff we are talking here. Adams is decent but not much of an upgrade if that over Zeller. Zeller outscores him and is a much better free throw shooter. I would only consider it if we could trade straight up Zeller for Adams.
