Lets just look at it If your the Bucks what would you actually let him go for.

 Monroe
 Olynyk
 Parker
 Middleton
 Carter Williams    Avery Bradley

So Bradley And Kelly plus either Dallas or Memphis pick do you bite at that.

If we traded for the Freak would you rather play him at the three or four here.  say four.

It's not gonna happen.  Giannis still has a lot of developing to do as a player.  Makes all the sense in the world for the Bucks to wait and see if he turns into a star.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Only way a Celtic is landing the Greek Freak is by becoming a pilot.

Had our shot there and missed.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

If I'm Milwaukee I politely tell you he's not available, then hang up the phone and then take the battery out of it.

We had our chance at the Greek Freak and Ainge blew it.

Too late now.

I don't think any amount singe throws at bucks can convince them to trade the Greek freak
I would say he is their franchise player

I mean he has the most potential
Owners clearly like him
Fans love him
During the Bucks terrible season in 2013 he was the only reason people watched them play

I think somebody had a bit too much 4th of July celebration. :)

No chance. You could get a really nice return - something like Middleton + a lotto protected 1st - for Bradley, Kelly and the Dallas 1st, but you're not getting the Greek Freak.

Smart + a Brooklyn 1st might get it done.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

i think he's more available than people think.  especially with the addition of Monroe.  Giannis doesnt do anything better that Parker and Middleton do, except that, as his name suggests, he's a physical freak of nature.

that said, no way would they give him up at this point for that package.  too much potential, would probably need Smart, a pick of ours and a Nets pick just as a starting point

Don't think he's untouchable, I'd much rather have Parker anyway.

Rumor has it the Bucks are now looking to trade someone from their front court after getting Monroe, but I suspect it will be someone like Henson as opposed to the Greek Freak...

Just another pipe dream that they would trade the Greek Freak.

The only fireworks I have seen so far happened last night. Another dreadfully boring summer. There are no free agents left that can improve this team.

That would be fine with me as long as the price is decent.

Nobody wants what Ainge is selling. Not the picks, the current players, or the money in free agency.

I hope it changes, but until the young Celtics develop into allstars or the drafts picks get in the top 8, the Celtics are going to stay in this mediocrity.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
