Have never been a fan of this reporter, so take it for what it's worth. She's plugged into to everything California though.

terrible deal. belinelli has been solid the last couple seasons, but that was playing for the spurs - otherwise he's inefficient and one-dimensional, taking a lot of ill-advised shots.
