Smart, Bradley, Turner, Johnson, and Zeller?
With IT, Crowder, Sullinger, and Olynyk off the bench?

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

This is what I'd start too although I could go either way with Amir/Zeller and Jae/Turner.

Definitely need a trade.

Never a good sign when it's hard to say if your starters or your bench are better.

Likin' it, respectable. Some combination of AB, Turner, Oly, Sully providing an offensive spark for 2nd unit (depending on who is still around) to replace IT's production. Although I love him as a 6th man and think that's likely his best place, he's too good & we're too limited to not start him imo.

Thinking this move would be largely dependent on Smart's growth at PG & whether or not we will still require Turner's ballhandling.

Ball handler - Turner
Wing - Bradley
Wing - Smart
Big - Sully
Big - Zeller

Developing Marcus is the teams number one goal IMO.  He'll start the season starting for sure.

I think our best lineup could be

Ball handler - IT
Wing - Bradley
Wing - Crowder
Big - Sully
Big - Zeller

I wouldn't mind starting the season this way except I'd be worried form Smarts progression.

Hopefully KO, Sully, ET, and AB are all traded. This squad probably wouldn't win a lot of games, but I'd enjoy watching them, they'd have plenty of room to grow, and they'd net us a nice lottery pick.

Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

I swear, it's like people are blinded by Big Z the only reason to ever start him over Sully is injury... he is not better than him no matter how you slice it. Talk about Sully's defense but love Z, that's so funny because I think he was worse than Sully and if I'm mistaken, if Z was better it wasn't by much, all other things even fat/lazy Sully is better!

That's my guess, people forget Turner was arguably our best player last year. He hit some game winners too that put us into the playoffs costing us a lottery pick. >:(

I bet we see a lot of:
IT
AB
Smart
Crowder
Amir

I would probably start:

Thomas
Smart
Crowder
Olynyk
Johnson

But I don't think the team will.  I think Thomas deserves to start and can send Turner to the bench (which is where he should be more, coming off the bench as a ball handler).  Olynyk hopefully takes another step.  Johnson has been great at Center statistically and especially with a big who spaces the floor like Olynyk does.

There are definitely ways you slice it that Zeller is better.  He has legit height and he was one of the very best (top 5 I believe) big men statistically scoring in the pick and roll last year.

Zeller is much more of a willing and capable post scorer than Sully.  Sully still loves his threes even though he has gotten no better at them.

I hope we're done with Sully at Center.

We need a trade! (trade two nickels and a draft pick for a dime)

and please be looking for a FA center.
