heading to bed but, as a means of a cohesive update, here's what i've seen

Kawhi - re-signed max deal with SA
Anthony Davis - same with NO
Aminu - $30/4 with portland

DeAndre Jordan/Wed Matthews - Marc Stein reporting that the Mavericks have 2 groups out currently, each meeting with one of these guys as we speak.  David Aldridge reporting that Clips have the max deal (roughly 100/5) on the table for DeAndre currently

Jimmy Butler - Chicago has offered a max deal via David Aldridge

Greg Monroe - meeting with Knicks early Weds morning via SI.com

Knicks - other than Monroe above, have no plans to meet with Love or Rondo via si.com

LaMarcus Aldridge - Lakers making the hardest push right now based on what i've seen on twitter.  sounds like he has a meeting setup Wednesday with LA among other teams, but is currently meeting in the city of LA with the Rockets, and James Harden is in on that meeting, as is Kevin McHale, that via hoopsrumors.com

Pistons - seemingly our biggest competition for Tobias Harris, have a meeting scheduled with Spurs wing Danny Green, via RealGM

keep updating. i gotta get some sleep! see ya tomorrow all

Woj also just said Nets are "moving rapidly" towards extensions with Thad Young and Brook Lopez.....can only hope as C's fans that one, if not both guys drag their feet there and look for other offers

cmon man, you're better than that. Woj is good but he only gets to the biggies first.  he gets scooped all the time on some of the smaller stuff

It was a joke...

The Kings, as expected, wasted no time in reaching out to free agent point guard Rajon Rondo. Already being aggressive, I'm told.

Sweet. Another team, if Paul George is healthy, that should easily be better then the Nets.

Middleton getting 14 million per year is more relevant to Harris I think.  I feel like he's going to get 13-14 now.

Can't picture Bird going hard at Ellis.. strange. The two don't seem like a great fit.

Ainge may not sign anyone at these prices.  Other teams are signing players on the projections of what they will make under the next cap.  Hence, the expanded salaries that will reflect the new cap.

He was always going to get in that range if not more...

Uhhh yeah.  This just settles it.

Could argue that this is then the perfect time to sign these players, before the cap goes up.
