So I like the idea of involving these three teams, but as others have said, expecting us to get both Noel and Bledsoe might be a little bit off the mark. Instead Bledsoe could be used as the motivating factor to get Philly to surrender Noel.

Philly: Bledsoe, 2016 Mavs Pick
Phoenix: Sullinger and Bradley, 2016 Protected Wolves Pick, Future 1st
Philly has the aforementioned log jam at Center that they need to adress at some point. They would get a 25 year old very athletic scoring point guard they could help to build around in addition to Okafor and Embiid. Also they get a 1st round pick next year to sweeten the deal. Additional seconds or players not named Smart or Young would gladly be tacked on.
Phoenix would get two rotation level players that they can use right away. Also Bradley while not as good as Bledsoe, may fit better next to Brandon Knight. Bradley plays much more like an off guard, allowing Knight to initiate the offense. (Knight isn't particularly adept at this, but they must want this to be the direction the team wants to go or they wouldn't offload Bledsoe.) They would also get Sully, who from a pure skill standpoint is better than any of the PFs they currently employ on their roster. They also can get pick compensation.
Boston would get Noel, while giving up two players would would get significant playing time. Noel/ Oly would be a more traditional style back court to what we currently run. Also it helps alleviate minutes in the guard rotation. We would also be able to hold onto Smart, which would help our defense.
