I'd try to get him but only if we get Okafor at #3 because Favors brings great defense. Then again what assets would we have to give to get Favors if we are going all in on Okafor?

Unfortunately though I do not see the Jazz being that stupid. They have a good thing going on and there's no need to trade a great future for a good present. Millsap is good but not what the Jazz need. Or atleast he's not worth getting at the expense of getting rid of Favors.

I dont think people realize how good Favors actually is. Utah has been pretty bad over the years so that doesnt surprise me. But hes one of the better interior defenders in the league and a monster on the boards. If he can find a food team and play well theres no reason he shouldnt get a max contract someday. If Tristan Thompson can get a max deal, Favors should be able too as well.

he already signed a (ridiculously cheap) extension. which is why it'll probably cost a ton to acquire him.

I would love to see the Cs get Favors.  Overall, considering his age and ability to play some D, he may be a better option than Love.

derrick favors would be great for us I would really try and get him if I were danny ainge a front court of  jail okafor and favors would be great.
