Irving
Bledsoe
Dragic assuming he stays with Heat
Teague
Lowry
Jackson
Rose with sustained health could move up to 3-4

I like Bledsoe but I don't believe he's automatically the third best pg in the East. After Wall and Irving I would slot Bledsoe into that second tier of point guards (Dragic, Teague, Lowry) that are all pretty even.

If thTs the order of top Guards in the east. Watch out, Smart will be Top 5 in the east next year. Book it. I don't even have my gang green glasses on either.
