I see him as a 4 year/$20M player. If we have already landed a 'star' or two and were looking for high character, gritty, versatile players, then I may be willing to go to $6M/yr, but any higher and we may be regretting it - especially if we aren't able to use our cap space to drastically upgrade our talent.
I love Crowder's game and think he is exactly the kind of player every championship level team needs, but if we aren't at least 'very good' next year, it would probably be more of a Brandon Bass signing than a James Posey one.
