OMG

This...this DeAndre dude is ridiculous.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8TgQdLhSE0

Oh. My. God. Just ridiculous.

Watching that video got me googling my ex-love, Cliff Alexander.

We are in the perfect position to sign Javale McGee. Grab Biyombo!

There are quite a few athletes in this draft. Forget Portis. Grab Montrezl. Cliff Alexander. Rakeem Christmas.

Get some athleticism at the three. Get Rondae.

Hell, get Aminu!!!

Get Pat Connaughton!

We have dudes who can pass out the high post. Stupendous athletes make stupendous targets! Gimme Lob-ster City!!!

I used to be too good for dunks. But now... DANG that DeAndre mix was sick!

We are in the perfect position to draft and sign a bunch of athletes. Let's do it!

gamble on Anthony Bennett... stock can't get much lower.  Still has some potential:

I know he's seen as a joke, but in the minutes he's played he's actually shown real signs of talent.  Realistically, what's the chance that the guy we'll take #16 has more potential than Bennett?

+1 to that idea. Out of curioisty, what do you think of Thomas Robinson? Not too dissimilar situations, is he more or less likely too succeed than Bennett?

no

Will turn out to be one of the biggest #1 pick busts. That 2013 draft is weak in general

Potential to shoot poorly, I agree.    Shot 42% as a PF and has weight and conditioning issues, also cannot rebound or block shots.   Yeah we want him, NOT!

Don't get hyped up by physical and athletic #s. The reigning MVP Curry wasn't much of an athlete coming into the league. Neither was Middleton, Draymond Green, Danny Green, Kanter, or Marc Gasol all guys about to get paid. Gobert wasn't athletic and we would all love that rim protection level right now. C's have to look at multiple factors in these players as well as what drives them to be poor or great. Size, skill, athleticism, intelligence, health, and heart all have to be weighed.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Highly athletic players have their advantages, but one of the chief problems with today's NBA is that there are too many guys who've always relied on their athleticism, to the detriment of numerous other parts of their game—can't shoot free throws, can't shoot from anywhere outside of 8 feet, can't dribble. In other words, they have few, if any, discernible basketball skills, severely limiting them. I certainly wouldn't complain if Boston got DeAndre Jordan, but let's face it: offensively, he's useless outside the lower part of the paint.
