His Airness, no question.

LBJ stronger than MJ, but MJ would definitely find a way to counter that.

After all, MJ survived Oakley, Rodman, Laimbeer, Mahorn, Ewing, etc - all of that extremely bruising and physical play from his time.

How would LeBron stand up to the physicality allowed in MJ's time? That would be interesting, to say the least.

But yeah MJ would find a way to beat Jordan.

Did you understand that the question was 52 year old MJ versus 30 year old Lebron?  A lot of folks seem to have missed that.

My bad, I missed that, lol.

Jordan would STILL find a way.

After Russell, MJ is the best.

If refs are involved you be wise to be on LeBron if they are letting them play Jordan.  Mental toughness wise, I think he has a huge edge, but LeBron is a relatively young man, and Jordan is not.   Still one has to wonder, if awe would overtake LeBron or Jordan getting into his head could cause him some problems.   I do not think that LeBron could get in Jordan's head.

Lebron is best player ever. He can play every position at an all-star level, and he excels at every aspect of the game from baseline to baseline. People still revere Jordan, but Lebron is best ever.

Lebron is bigger, faster, stronger, has a better outside shot, is more athletic, and has more endurance.

Here's something to consider, though.

Julius Erving is reportedly able to STILL dunk at age 65.

Michael Jordan, at 13 years his junior? Vs LeBron?

I think this would be closer than most think, seriously.

Lebron at 30 would beat Jordan at 52 but Jordan at 32 would beat Lebron at 10. Just thought I'd throw that out there  ;D

(PS: there was an interview given by Artest a long time ago where they asked him, among Kobe, Lebron and Jordan, who was the toughest player he had to guard. He answered Jordan and dropped an interesting line, and i quote, "Jordan's just as strong as Lebron".)

The fact that this poll is 16/16 right now is troubling.

Seriously, a 52 year old Jordan (52!!!) would be a "latter part of his prime" Lebron?

People either didn't read the question properly or this just shows the flat out hate that some people have for Lebron.

Or they think it's such a ridiculous question to ask that they give the trolling response.

This really mirrors the results of a much larger poll that this was based on. Like the Dunk contest, Lebron would also refuse to play this game. Anyone disagree with that?

I think we should be using the transitive property here too.  If a 52 year old Jordan could beat LeBron 1-on-1 right now, he should be able to do the same thing to the rest of the league.  So do people think Jordan would be All-NBA first team and an MVP candidate too if he played in the league right now at age 52?  I'd think he'd have to be if his 1-on-1 game was that strong.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class
