I never get when people do this. It is obviously a light hearted topic. If you don't find a topic interesting I am not sure why you would open it. Further than that, why waste additional time writing out a response to the thread you don't care about. That just doesn't make sense and is a waste of your time.

Knee jerk reaction caused me to vote for Jordan, but I didn't read the poll all that carefully. 

Current LeBron handily beats a 52 year old Jordan.  What a stupid poll.  But I guess I'm even stupider for not actually reading it before voting.

Prime Jordan is a different story.

Definitely, at age 52.  At age 38, he shot 18.9% from 3PT.  I doubt he's gotten better with age.

MJ shot 32.7% from 3PT in his career.  Lebron is at 34.2%, but at significantly higher volume.

Right now, which is what the question asked.  In his prime, I'd give MJ the advantage in terms of endurance and athleticism, although it's obviously close.

LBJ stronger than MJ, but MJ would definitely find a way to counter that.

After all, MJ survived Oakley, Rodman, Laimbeer, Mahorn, Ewing, etc - all of that extremely bruising and physical play from his time.

How would LeBron stand up to the physicality allowed in MJ's time? That would be interesting, to say the least.

But yeah MJ would find a way to beat LeBron.
