With this kind of questions, it is important to keep things in the right perspective.
Good scenario: We win one (or more) banners in the next five years.
Bad scenario: We don't.
We are the Boston Celtics, only thing that makes us happy is rings.

Smart=Best - Fat Lever,  Worst - 2014 Smart
I expect his offense to improve and his D to be his calling card.

Olyny= Best - Ryan Anderson, Worst - 2014 KO
He could be a great stretch big but has to be aggressive.

Sullinger= Best - 80% of Love, Worst - 2014 Sully
Will never be at Kevin Loves level but he should be a solid rotation big.

Young= Best - Mitch Richmond, Worst - Gerald Green
I believe the shooting is there to be great but he needs to develop the rest of his game to be successful.

Zeller= Best - Brook Lopez, Worst - 2014 Zeller
I think Zeller can be a good offensive Center but will always be below average on D.

Crowder= Best - Eric Williams , Worst - 2014 Crowder
I like Crowder but he is only a role player.

Bradley= Best - 2013 AB, Worst - 2012 AB
I felt AB took a step back this year. I also don't see him being much better than his contract year.

IT= Best - 2014 IT, Worst - 80% of 2014 IT
I feel IT is at his peak and will maintain his play for at least 4 years.

Pretty reasonable take.

That's a pretty high floor.

But then, I really like George Hill.

Excellent takes here.

I will try to allow a version that's different....it is a team sport, if they can't help get an actual title?

Smart - Starting point guard on a championship team. 30% probability.
Rotation guard on championship team. 70%

Crowder - Sixth man on championship team. 85%

Thomas - Back up PG championship team 95%

Sullinger - Rotation forward championship team 85%

Turner - Rotation back court championship team 60%

Zeller - Backup center championship team 55%

AB - Already been one...but, down the road? 70%

Olynyk - 7 foot "two guard" on championship team. 40%

Young - Can't play defense yet. Incomplete

Guys on this list put on a heck of a show this year, just really don't have much in the way of NBA starters.

With the exception of young and smart, I think we pretty already see what the others will be.  That is, they are pretty much done getting better.  The only thing that could change is the situation.

As for smart, I think Marcus Banks is indeed in play as a comp.  As for his floor, I'll have to think about it more.

As for young, we may be looking at the next JR Giddens.  So that would be his floor.  His ceiling?  I have no idea.

Collison's arguably been a much better NBA player than Krstic. Defense and basketball IQ need to be factored.

I guess now it's my turn.

Smart
Best case scenario: Less athletic with better shooting Dwyane Wade/Bigger Chauncey Billups
Worst case scenario: Tony Allen with better PG skills

Bradley
Best case scenario: Quicker John Starks with Rip Hamilton mid range
Worst case scenario: Don Chaney with slightly better shooting

Young
Best case scenario: Athletic, better defensive Michael Redd
Worst case scenario: Less athletic 2012 Gerald Green

Zeller
Best case scenario: Better shooting Robin Lopez/PJ Brown
Worst case scenario: Nenad Krstic

Olynyk
Best case scenario: Luis Scola with a 3pt shot
Worst case scenario: Andrea Bargnani

Sullinger
Best case scenario: Less athletic David West with a respectable 3pt shot
Worst case scenario: Big Baby Davis

Crowder
Best case scenario: James Posey
Worst case scenario: Matt Barnes

My best case scenario are considered as ceiling so do not think that these guys are on the same level as the guys compared to but think that their scenario is about if they can reach their ceilings.
